Root & Rise is a therapeutic group created to help women reconnect with their inner selves, heal from past pain, and rise into their strength with clarity and compassion. As a licensed clinical social worker and certified EMDR therapist, I designed this group to support women who are ready to ground themselves in truth and grow beyond survival.

This group is for you if you’re looking to:

• Heal from emotional wounds and patterns of self-doubt

Each session blends reflective practice, psychoeducation, guided exercises, and group support to help you deepen your roots—and rise.
